JEK Travels Affiliate Agreement & Terms

1. Agreement Overview

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the JEK Travels Affiliate Program. By enrolling, participating, or referring travelers, you (“Affiliate”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

JEK Travels (“Company”) reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

Affiliate must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Affiliate must remain in good standing with JEK Travels
This program is intended for referrers and community organizers, not licensed travel agents acting in an agency capacity

3. Qualified Referrals

A referral is deemed qualified only when all of the following conditions are met:

The traveler registers through the Affiliate’s approved referral method
The traveler’s reservation is confirmed
The traveler remits full payment by the stated final payment deadline

Canceled, refunded, charge backed, or unpaid reservations are not qualified referrals and do not generate compensation. JEK Travels reserves the right to audit, verify, and disqualify referrals at its discretion.

4. Compensation

4.1 Complimentary Room Benefit

Awarded upon ten (10) qualified room bookings on a single JEK Travels group trip
Valid for the lowest room category only
Applicable to the Affiliate and one (1) guest
Non-transferable, non-refundable, and without cash value
Excludes airfare, transfers, excursions, travel insurance, and incidental expenses unless expressly stated

4.2 Cash Referral Fees

Flat referral fee ranging from fifty dollars ($50) to one hundred dollars ($100) per traveler, as determined by destination and package value
Referral fees apply only to qualified referrals
Beginning with the eleventh (11th) qualified room, Affiliates may earn referral fees in addition to the complimentary room benefit

5. Payment Terms

Referral fees are issued approximately fourteen (14) days after final payment for the applicable trip is collected
No advances, partial payments, or early disbursements are permitted
Payments are contingent upon verification and completion of all referral requirements

6. Tax Reporting

Affiliate compensation constitutes taxable income. Affiliates earning six hundred dollars ($600) or more within a calendar year will be issued a Form 1099 in accordance with applicable IRS regulations. Affiliates are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local tax obligations.

7. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates agree to:

Represent JEK Travels accurately and professionally
Avoid false, misleading, or unauthorized representations
Refrain from publishing pricing, promotions, or guarantees not expressly approved by JEK Travels
Conduct all promotional activities in a manner consistent with brand standards

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination.

8. Termination

JEK Travels may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, Affiliates forfeit any unpaid compensation associated with non-qualified or incomplete referrals.

9. Limitation of Liability

JEK Travels shall not be liable for traveler cancellations, supplier changes, acts of force majeure, or events beyond its reasonable control. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which JEK Travels is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the JEK Travels Affiliate Program constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement and all related policies. Affiliates who do not agree to these terms must refrain from participation.

Participation in the JEK Travels Affiliate Program is voluntary and subject to approval. JEK Travels makes no guarantees regarding earnings, number of bookings, or financial outcomes. All rewards and compensation are contingent upon qualified referrals, timely final payment by travelers, and compliance with program terms. JEK Travels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
